With over 16 years of executive leadership and operations experience, I have successfully managed $200M+ portfolios, expanded businesses from 24 to 53 locations, and led large, multi-unit teams through transformative growth. I specialize in business transformation, leadership development, operational efficiency, and strategic planning, helping businesses increase profitability, streamline workflows, and develop leaders who drive long-term success.

Outside of my work, I’m deeply involved in my three children’s busy hockey careers, spending much of my time at the rink, cheering them on. I also love golfing, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with my spouse of over 25 years. At the center of it all is Benji, our loyal and energetic dog, who reminds me daily about the importance of balance, joy, and living in the moment.
