My Story
Ally J. Taylor is the Founder and President of R8 Engage Consulting & Media, which she launched in 2023 to help organizations grow through strategic communication, leadership development, and operational excellence. With a distinguished career in executive leadership across finance, media, and consulting, Ally is known for her ability to build high-performance teams and drive meaningful change.

Based in Airdrie, Alberta, Ally also serves as a contributing editor with airdrielife magazine, where she blends her journalistic roots with her passion for community impact. Whether in print or in boardrooms, her work is grounded in authentic connection, clarity of purpose, and a relentless focus on results.
