Service Description
Sometimes you know exactly what's bothering you. Sometimes all you know is that something doesn't feel right anymore. Both are good places to start. This hour is yours. We can talk about life, work, relationships, family, change, a decision you're facing or something you haven't quite figured out how to put into words yet. I'll ask questions. I'll listen closely. We'll pull things apart a little, look at what keeps coming up and pay attention to the things that might be easy to miss when you're standing in the middle of it. There isn't a formula and I don't have a predetermined answer waiting for you. Sometimes clarity comes from finally saying something out loud. Sometimes it's a question you hadn't considered. Sometimes it's realizing you already knew the answer. Let's see what we find. Cancellation Policy
Life happens. If you need to change your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice and we'll be happy to reschedule. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are non-refundable. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you're running late, we'll still make the most of the time remaining. Payment is required at the time of booking.
