Service Description

Not every meaningful conversation needs to happen one-on-one. R8 Group Sessions are built around the people who are actually going to be in the room. That could be a leadership team trying to work better together. A group navigating change. A sports organization. Friends. A retreat. A community group. Or also it could be people who want to have a different kind of conversation together with an expanded vision of what is around them. Tell me who's coming and what you'd like the experience to accomplish. We'll build the session from there. There may be questions, stories, individual reflection, group conversation and a few things people don't expect. What it won't be is 90 minutes of me standing at the front of the room talking at everyone. The best conversations usually happen when everybody gets to be part of them.
