Tell me what's happening, what you're trying to figure out and what question keeps coming back to you. I'll read it carefully and send you a personal response with what I notice, questions I think are worth considering and another perspective on what you've shared. This isn't a form letter or a canned response. I'll respond to your story. And because it's written, you'll have something you can put away, come back to and read again when you're ready. Cancellation Policy
Life happens. If you need to change your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice and we'll be happy to reschedule. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled or refunded. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are non-refundable. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you're running late, we'll still make the most of the time remaining. Payment is required at the time of booking.
