What the Numbers Miss

The same is true outside business. Grades, résumés, job titles, timelines and expectations can show us where we are. They rarely explain why we feel stuck, why something no longer fits or why the next step looks right on paper but not in practice. The answer is often found beneath the outcome, in the person, the pattern and the part of the story that has not yet been said aloud. That is where evidence, experience and grounded intuition can work together. When we look beyond the visible result and ask better questions, a clearer way forward often begins to emerge.

For more than 25 years, my work has lived at the intersection of people, performance and possibility. My career in senior operations and leadership taught me how to read the numbers, solve complex problems, develop people and turn strategy into action. My intuitive approach taught me to notice what reports cannot show: the energy in a room, the pattern that keeps repeating and the question someone may not yet know how to ask. Today, I bring those perspectives together in my work with businesses, leaders, professionals, students and individuals seeking greater clarity, personal insight or a new direction.
